Over the course of his career, Picasso dabbled in many styles (and he was trained in realism as well as pushing frontiers of new art movements like Cubism and Expressionism). Our project evokes his Blue Period (1901-1908), as well as the theme Hands of Peace.
For 5th-8th Grade & Up, the Hand of Peace lesson features a grid handout, so kids can follow step by step guidance AND know where to place each stroke of their own drawings.
